Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy carefully, as wigs are personal items that require special handling.

Return Eligibility

  1. To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:
  2. The wig must be in its original condition, unused, uncut, and unaltered
  3. The lace must remain intact and uncut
  4. The item must be returned in original packaging
  5. Your return request must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order
  6. A valid proof of purchase is required

❗️Wigs that have been worn, cut, washed, styled, or otherwise altered in any way are not eligible for a return or refund.

🔁Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact us at support@thalowigs.com/returns@thalowigs.com within 3 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos (if applicable)
  3. We will respond with return instructions if your request is approved

Return Shipping

  1. You are responsible for 50% of the return shipping cost
  2. All returned items must be shipped via a trackable method
  3. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns

Refunds

  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  2. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
  3. A 3% restocking fee will be deducted per returned item to cover handling and inspection costs
  4. Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item:

  • Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@thalowigs.com
  • Attach photos and your order number
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund (we’ll cover the return shipping)

❌ Order Cancellations

  1. Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase
  2. After 2 hours, orders are processed and cannot be cancelled or changed
