We want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy carefully, as wigs are personal items that require special handling.
✅Return Eligibility
- To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The wig must be in its original condition, unused, uncut, and unaltered
- The lace must remain intact and uncut
- The item must be returned in original packaging
- Your return request must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order
- A valid proof of purchase is required
❗️Wigs that have been worn, cut, washed, styled, or otherwise altered in any way are not eligible for a return or refund.
🔁Return Process
To request a return:
- Contact us at support@thalowigs.com/returns@thalowigs.com within 3 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos (if applicable)
- We will respond with return instructions if your request is approved
Return Shipping
- You are responsible for 50% of the return shipping cost
- All returned items must be shipped via a trackable method
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
- A 3% restocking fee will be deducted per returned item to cover handling and inspection costs
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item:
- Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@thalowigs.com
- Attach photos and your order number
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund (we’ll cover the return shipping)
❌ Order Cancellations
- Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase
- After 2 hours, orders are processed and cannot be cancelled or changed
